Facilities Included

We will work closely with you in developing the most efficient site and execution plan.

We will assume total responsibility for the proper set up of the food service portion of your event.

We offer three distinct in house locations for your reception. The Hawks Nest Tent, The Club Room and our Wine Room.

Hawks Nest Tent Located on the beautiful 18th green of the Red Tail Golf Course, you will surely dazzle your guests with its amazing view. Our covered area will accommodate up to 250 guests and is perfect for all events from wedding reception buffets to formal plated dinners. The Hawk’s Nest Tent is available April through October.

The Club Room The Club Room will accommodate groups up to 75 guests. This venue has large windows in the front and back to complement your surroundings. The Club Room is perfect for a wedding reception or rehearsal dinner with abundant room for buffets, bars and dancing. We are able to provide breakfast, lunch, dinner or appetizer menus that are tailored to your every need.

Wine Room This room is perfect for groups of 20 to 45 guests. Located inside our restaurant, this private setting is great for casual or formal gatherings. Whether you are having a business dinner, wedding rehearsal dinner, meeting, seminar or family gathering, this room is sure to fit your needs.
